The Saudi authorities have demolished all the buildings surrounding the
Ka’ba this year to allow more space for the crowds entering the mosque.
Coupled with sharply increasing fuel costs, this has lead to a substantial
increase in the cost of services for Hajj. Even those closest to the Haram
will have a considerable walk but they will be paying a premium with little
benefit. |

Package Description
In response to a noticeable gap in the Hajj market for
affordable trips for those on tight time constraints, Easy Hajj have
designed the ‘Express Package’. This package is perfect for those of you who
only have a limited period of leave from work and need to perform affordable
Hajj within that short time. This package consists of only 10 working days.
The trip will start with an international flight leading to
Madinah via Cairo avoiding the busy and infamous Hajj terminal in Jeddah. We
will be supplying every member of the Easy Hajj group with I.D. badges to
make it Easy to keep track of the group. It is advisable for everyone to
wear these from the time of meeting in Heathrow until we leave the airport
in Madinah. You will spend four days in Madinah and then immediately board
an air-conditioned coach taking you straight to Makkah to perform arrival
Tawaf (طواف القدوم) and then to the accommodation in Aziziah then to the
European Camp where you will find your tent and spend the five most
important days of Hajj performing the rituals.
By 13th Zul Hijja (11th December 2008), you will be picked
up again by the air-conditioned coach for your return flight to London so
you won’t miss out on any national holiday time.

Makkah |
Accommodation during your stay in Makkah will be in Azaziah. The
reason for the choice of using the building in Azaziah over those
close to the Haram is that we will spend most of our time away from
the Haram and at the tents.
Additionally, the Saudi authorities have demolished all the
buildings surrounding the Ka’ba this year to allow more space for
the crowds entering the mosque. As such in the interests of limiting
the cost to the Hujjaj we have taken accommodation away from the
Haram. Even those closest to the Haram will have a considerable walk
but they will be paying a premium with little benefit.
The Jamarat is located only 10 minutes from this location. The Haram
is 4km from Azaziah and the tents are 6km and are a very basic form
of accommodation. The only rituals performed at the Haram are the
Arrival Tawaf (Tawaf Qudum) and Ifada Tawaf. The accomodation in
Azaziah is only 15 minutes walk from Mina. Males and females will be
accommodated separately in the same building in Azaziah.
The number of people per room will be determined by the size of each
room. |
|
Food and Qurbani (Hady) |
These are not included in the
package. Food is readily available around the accommodation with
dishes to suit the tastes of Hujjaj of all nationalities, rather
than imposing a set cuisine on everyone. The sacrifice can be
arranged easily once you arrive in Saudi for approximately £65. |
